Senior Commercial Marketing Manager

In this role, I was responsible for the annual marketing planning, strategies, and tactical execution for the commercial chemical team. I worked closely with Product Management, Sales, R&D, Finance, and support functions to align product offerings, value propositions and engage our customers and prospects. With the legacy Zep business being acquired in November, I was also accountable for a variety of integration and process improvement initiatives, including but not limited to product line rationalization, product labeling and packaging, sales enablement content, website integration, and more. Specific duties of my role included:Leading marketing strategy and communication activities for the Chemical Division, bridging products, services, and human assets in B2B and B2C environments Executing annual marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and loyalty across digital and traditional communication channels Generating and presenting engaging content for internal and external online seminar campaigns which delivered 50% attendance rates and over $1M in sales opportunities Owning relationships and partner success programming intended to increase customer value-add, which led to incremental revenue of over $800K in F’22 Collaborating cross-functionally to maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities, including process improvement initiatives and stakeholder management Managing and developing a team of two, including a Field Marketing Lead and a Marketing InternAdditional responsibilities and accountabilities as part of my previous role as a Senior Marketing Manager
