• Leads EIC (Engineering Integrity Committee), where the team scrutinizes PSM, ISO and Safety maintenance plans, by need, cost and frequency.• Responsible for ensuring all cost is placed in proper cost centers and cost elements. • Ensures daily weekly work is planned and scheduled across multiple divisions. • Works with asset care management to determine mechanical reliability as equipment becomes a “bad acter”

• Responsible for “Daily Instructions” in Lotus Notes to convey area priorities, production requirements, upcoming maintenance work, etc. for the daily operations• Responsible for ensuring that all mechanical work needed has been planned out, placed on the weekly schedule and seen to completion• Resource for creating “Special Procedures” for tasks not defined by standard procedures• Participates in incident investigations, reliability team meetings, construction scheduling meetings, PHA, and safety meetings• Develop and manage area schedules to safely and efficiently execute Fall TARs• Maintain and manage SAP accounts: Spare parts inventory, freightliner fleets, production inventory, etc• Ensure compliance to PM programs with “zero” overdue PM’s• Understand COD process, MIQA procedures and Work Management Process for maintenance scheduling to help maintain “zero” overdue PSM PM’s• Creates job plans for all Work Orders and COD work necessary• Produce various SAP maintenance costs reports as required; and scrutinizes work orders ensuring proper costs and allocation of resources

• Responsibilities include taking perpetual inventories, ordering freight on SAP, using heavy machinery, using voltage meters, rebuilding pumps, using lockout-tagout (LT3) to perform GC work, repairing and replacing tubing and daily calibrations of equipment.• Lean Practitioner- Responsibilities include leading numerous Point Kaizens, in the lab, to strive for continuous improvement in the area. Being knowledgeable on Lean and Six Sigma concepts are crucial in reaching continuous improvement.• Responsible for maintaining EVM analyzers, Process GCs (SIEMENS and ABB), Process IRs, Toxic gas Sensors, MSA analyzers and Oxygen deficiency analyzers. • Involved in organized monthly meetings to discuss customer satisfaction, monthly goals of the work group and praise/moral boosters • Developed lasting relationships and communication lines customers• Responsible for staying current on one hundred and thirty methods, which include: Gas Chromatograph, Mass Spectroscopy, Titrations, Infra Red Spectroscopy, PHs, Fluoride Ion Concentrations, Snake Skin Test, Melt Flows, Crowcon Breathing Air Test and Volatiles.• Derives Quality Control Standards, to produce accurate test results; which help the team members make temperature and pressure adjustments based on the results that I give them.• Handles highly dangerous chemicals with the safety concepts such as safe start and DuPonts procedures. (Chemicals such as Olieum, Dimer, Trimer, MMF, Acetonitrile, and several Vinyl Ethers)• ITF Representative- Voice any questions or concerns that the lab teams have to a board of Managers, Directors and Superintendents, as well as, establishing new goals and visions for the lab (visuals are setup to relay this information). • Fireman/Hazardous Material Emergency Response Team Member- Actively coordinates with a team to readily respond to any fire, explosion, fume release or emergency situation that the site might have in a swift but safe manner, to help save lives.
