Commercial Accounts Underwriting Manager

Work directly with Managing Director in leading office, manage and grow existing book of business and work to develop newer employees. Assist in development of business plans, Implement strategies to achieve business objectives of the underwriters that directly report to me.

Develop and manage 11.5m book of business. Over $2.7m written new for 2014 while maintaining 91% retention and 4% rate on renewal book.
