Responsible for supporting production equipment and process technology as related to electrical controls, associated hardware/software, as well as providing day to day troubleshooting and support of various assembly equipment including robotic welding, SCADA and other assembly techniques. Design, build and procure custom equipment for new product assembly and testing utilizing LabVIEW and Allen Bradley Logix series controllers.

Design manufacturing processes for new product launch. Some of the assembly processes utilized include manual soldering, vacuum potting, silicone injection, pneumatic and servo press assembly, and motor coil winding.
