Identify key risks and work with the individual function leaders to right size mitigation plans and allocate resources.• Secured 2023 capital funding of $60MM for assigned projects• 1 & 2 month schedule accelerations achieved for the KN06 and KN07 pad additions• Successfully offset inflationary pressures to deliver on budget (for all aspects of the project except pipeline construction) by coordinating multi-program procurement contracts, executing SIMOPS when safety would not be compromised, and pursuing surface and subsurface design improvements.

Ensure technical and economic integrity of operations & projects as well as oversee asset depletion and optimization. Work with functional leaders to ensure work plans are consistent with the broader asset strategy, and appropriate risk management programs are in place. Make investment recommendations to the senior leadership team. Supplement all functions with technical expertise as required. Developed, and managed the execution of, the asset strategy in response to the 2020 oil price collapse and eventual recovery. Design and implement several new business processes and tools. Provided all reservoir engineering support in addition to the integration lead role since Q3 2020. Other temporary coverage roles at Harvest have included: Well Servicing Supervisor, Control Room Operator, Production Engineer, Development Engineer, Facility Engineer.

• Create base production forecasts and act as single point of contact for version control• Generate economic models and sensitivities using Enersight’s Wellspring software• Lead a multidiscipline team (development/geology/reservoir/production) tasked with recharacterizing and forecasting reservoir performance• Steering committee member for PI system design and execution (control and monitoring tools)
