With over 17 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, my current role as an E/I Maintenance, Turnaround, and Project Planner at BASF has honed my expertise obtained by multitasking to effectively reduce Routine Maintenance Planner backlog, while simultaneously performing Turnaround, as well as Project planning responsibilities. Previously, as an E/I Execution Supervisor and Planner at ExxonMobil, I developed robust supervisory skills leading teams to optimize execution supervision, planning, and scheduling compliance with a focused approach to increase Key Performance Indicators. At BASF, I am committed to excellence, leveraging my field of expertise to align with the organization's mission of sustainable operations and increased operations reliability by identifying solutions that provide planning to execution efficiency, optimize reliability, address, mitigate, and resolve identified "bad actors" , while exponentially improving repair history and Function Location spec sheet data collection, accuracy, and stewardship while contributing to emphasize and focus adherence to MOC processes. All of which ultimately result in cost savings, improved reliability, and efficiency.
