I was promoted to this role with a mandate to define and grow our employee-focused programs and strategies. Our objective is to cultivate a culture that attracts top industry talent and energizes employee morale at every level of the organization. I lead project teams through the design and implementation of engagement strategies, handling employee communication efforts related to new and ongoing initiatives and programs. I help our team pinpoint and address gaps in employee communication and engagement efforts via collaboration with key stakeholders and partners. One of the best aspects of my role is identifying employee engagement opportunities within the community and expand our social giving programs. Manage department budget, prioritizing resources to maximize impact and developing business case for new initiatives.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Built and launched 12+ employee engagement events and initiatives, setting foundation for recruitment efforts that attracted new employees who cumulatively generated $100M+ in revenue. • Fostered strong community partnerships through philanthropic and volunteer opportunities after implementing “Volunteer Time Off Hours” initiative, enabling employees to pursue charitable passions as representatives of company.

I was hand-picked for this role by the owner. I was brought on to refine and expand the Foundation’s social impact, corporate giving, and employee engagement program internationally. While in this role, I analyzed market data and employee insights to build large-scale employee engagement initiatives and events that evolved the culture, communications, and community within the foundation.
