About Chad Brown

Defense industry Program Manager specializing in technical services and personnel support contracts. Believes that a profitable portfolio can be obtained by ensuring an exceptional customer relationship, selecting and sourcing candidates who create a best fit (more than checking the box on requirements), forming a group of people who are “on the team,” while having fun.I currently serve as a Program Manager for the Army, Federal/Civilian Air, and Ground Systems section within the Science and Technology Business Line of Amentum. I joined Amentum in 2022 as a Deputy Program Manager and have over 27 years of Program Management, Operations, Military Intelligence, and Talent Management Experience. I served for twenty-two years in the United States Army as an All-Source Intelligence professional, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer Four. During my active service, I spent over 5 years deployed to combat operations in the middle east. My assignments included support to the Army and Joint forces; including tactical, strategic, operations, and talent management/HR. I retired from service to prioritize his family’s location, being co-located with extended family in the greater Detroit, MI area. Following service, I was the Branch Manager for an international crane service company where I managed and supervised all aspects of a $12m crane service branch, with a geographic responsibility of the majority of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. Moved to return supporting the Warfighter, I then served as an Operations Officer in Program Executive Office (PEO) Combat Support Combat Service Support (CS&CSS). I'm educated, with an MBA, but also through relevant work and life experiences that will provide value to any organization. I streamline processes and create efficiencies, while making things happen. I find 100 ways to a solution, rather than only identifying issues.
