Head principal for a 9-12 grade comprehensive high school. Raytown High School is a diverse school of approximately 1500 students and 130 staff members in a first tier suburban community outside Kansas City, Missouri. As the head principal oversee all academic and managerial tasks to ensure a positive, safe, and productive learning and working environment for students and staff.

Independence Academy is a K-12 alternative school settings. The school encompasses 4 key programs: an application based Alternative High School (grades 10-12) for students who have traditionally struggled in school and need a smaller more individualized learning approach; A Long-Term Suspension program (grades 6-12) for students who have been placed on a suspension longer than 10 days, a Day Treatment Program (grades K-12) for students diagnosed with significant emotional disturbance or other related mental health diagnosis, and Math Physics Institute (grades 11-12) for select students who have an academic interest and exceptional skill set in the areas of Math and Physics. In addition, the school housed the school districts cooperative counseling and psychiatrics services for a local mental health provider. As the principal I worked with a student group of approximately 350 with a staff of 30. I oversaw all academic and managerial tasks for the school to ensure it was a safe and academically productive space for students and staff. I also served as a behavior and academic consultant for other schools in the district as the navigated the process for consideration for students to attend Independence Academy.

Wm. Chrisman High School is a comprehensive high school of approximately 1600 students. As an associate and assistant principal I worked directly with a team of administrators to support academic and behavior programs. I supervised and evaluated teachers, oversaw the buildings special education programing, worked with mater scheduling, coordinated a variety of programs, and support students and staff to ensure a safe, productive, and academically viable learning environment.

Lead Teacher and Director for the Wm. Chrisman Speech and Debate program. Duties included teaching introductory and advanced speech and debate courses, coaching and traveling with a competitive speech and debate team, and working alongside colleagues to ensure that Wm. Chrisman High School was a positive, safe, and productive space for all students.

Duties included teaching introductory and advanced speech and debate courses, coaching and traveling with a competitive speech and debate team, and working alongside colleagues to ensure that Hillcrest High School was a positive, safe, and productive space for all students.
