I am an attorney and the sole owner of Buehler Law Office, LLC located in Whitewater, Wisconsin. I am admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of Wisconsin. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2001. I received my law degree in 2004 from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where I wrote for the John Marshall Law Review. Following my graduation from law school, I accepted a position at the Madison law firm of Hayes, Van Camp & Schwartz, S.C. I then joined the firm of Krek & Associates, S.C. in Jefferson as an associate attorney in 2005. In 2010, I jointly created the law firm of Buehler & Olsen Law, LLC, and in 2012, I opened Buehler Law Office, LLC.In total, I have served as attorney of record or participating attorney in over 500 Wisconsin Circuit Court cases, including thousands of court appearances. The majority of my cases have been located in Jefferson, Walworth and Rock Counties. I also represented clients in Dane, Dodge and Waukesha counties.I focus my practice primarily on family law in which I represent not only my own clients but also serve as Guardian ad Litem representing the best interests of children during custody and placement disputes. My practice in family law encompasses all varieties of family matters such as divorce, legal separation, legal custody, physical placement, child support, paternity and grandparent rights. I also handle Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) matters and guardianships involving minor children.I am a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and former President, Vice-President and Treasurer of the Jefferson County Bar Association. I am a current member of the Whitewater Kiwanis Club.My wife and I have five children and reside in Whitewater, Wisconsin. My personal interests include spending as much time as possible with my family, traveling, and being an avid fan of all Wisconsin sports.
