Manage the TRADOC publications program. Edit, index and authenticate publication requests. Ensure the publication metadata content is complete, current and processed according to established publishing procedures before approving for authentication. Edit PDF files of standalone publication requests to include publication metadata, i.e., pub date, authentication number, distribution number, etc. Initiate cases in tracking system and assemble work packages for printed products with required documentation. Built, updated and maintained the schedule for the largest classified Combat Communications network (Defense Information Systems Agency) in the world.

Worked with Oracle military network systems, to update records and reenlistments of over 2,000 Active Duty Air Force personnel ensuring immediate completion and accurate accountability. Reenlistment counselor for the 89 Airlift Wing supporting over 2,000 personnel by providing them with in depth counseling regarding pay and bonuses and what they could expect to receive upon Reenlistment. Dealt with pay discrepancies and late payments in the Defense Joint Military Pay System to ensure accurate and immediate response to any discrepancies recognized. Provided briefings for members reenlisting two times a week. Built a package of material on member's reenlisting with former reenlistment documents and any other documents necessary to complete the Reenlistment process.Ensured members were eligible for extension or reenlistment by working directly with Commander's and their Command Support Staff. Changed and updated the way Andrews AFB Reenlistment section accomplished tasks and created a nearly flawless and fool proof system that allowed us to reenlist and extend members in an effective manner.Updated family member data and Life Insurance information on a daily basis, to over 35,000 Active Duty and Retired Military Personnel.Served as an aide to the Commander of the 89th Mission Support Squadron.
