Make things, mostly. Write. Shoot. Edit. Sometimes art direct. Sometimes design stuff. Even build things from time to time.

Directed Los Duros: The Making of the Dominican Hero. Documentary about some big league stars coming up from obscurity. Vlad Guerrero, Miguel Tejada, Bartolo Colón. Also featuring Pedro, Sammy, David Ortiz (a large nobody at the time but still just as awesome), Alou, Pujols, lots of guys.

Chad was good at this awful work. And he owes it all to learning how to see as a student of drawing and painting. Mostly worked on Bless the Child. Then recruited for LOTR in NZ. But NZ was too beautiful so he hiked around instead and never looked back.

Bad TV movies. John Voight's Noah's Ark. And some movie I worked on a little bit but I can't remember what. I think it was Baby Geniuses. But I could be wrong. I really liked this company though. It's where I met one of my best friends, Matt Hightower, and where I actually found that this work could be really fun. With the TV stuff, you have to use your brain more because not everything is planned out right all the time. We actually used 16mm footage we shot at the Santa Monica Pier when the stuff we got from production was garbage.
