Current1.Develop competence of supply team2.Coach and support team members where required3.Ensure implementation and follow through of relevant processes regarding Supply Management4.Execute projects according to project orders and agreed roadmaps5.Deliver products at the right quality, performnance, costs and time as per BOD/ Duty Description6.Research supplyand raw materials market for defined product groups in Asian countries (PRC, India, Taiwan, etc.)7.Identify, evaluate and qualify potential suppliers for defined product groups and evaluate suppliers and products in cooperation with HAG-BU's8.Manage local suppliers through regular visits/ audits etc. to ensure consistent quality and product performance9.Support MOCN strategic initiatives10.Work on other duties as assigned by Superior11.Scan, identify, develop and qualify the suppliers in Asian Region to support competitive strategies 12.Responsible for supplier management, such as supplier contract, quality management, delivery management, cost analysis and so on 13.Responsible for supplier database management 14.Manage supplier on daily operation, and ensure they are on high performance with 4 indicators – Quality, Cost, Delivery and Risk. 15.Effectively communicate with Supply Teams in Headquarter for project execution 16.Coordinate the needs with Hilti Plants on quality, testing and logistic 17.Effectively implement Hilti Global Process Management System into Re-sourcing and Time To Money project 18.Support on transparent cost breakdown and pricing negotiation 19.Support material group strategy and make-and-buy decision 20.Support on supplier audit
