The Certified Public Accounting firm of Roselli, Clark & Associates (RC&A) was established in January 2005. Since inception, the firm has focused on two primary industries in order to develop a high level of specialized knowledge and customer service. Massachusetts Governmental Entities - Nearly 70 local government (municipalities, districts, and systems) clients to whom financial statement audits, single audits, various agreed upon procedures of departmental financial activities and interim financial services are provided. Condominium and Homeowners Associations - Approximately 240 common interest realty associations throughout MA, NH, and ME are clients and receive financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, and/or annual tax preparation services.
