The majority of my construction experience has been in the healthcare sector. I have spent time renovating, retro-fitting and adding additions to buildings. My role as an assistant superintendent and a superintendent I was responsible for traveling around the mid-west to supervise projects. My duties, experiences and skills included but are not limited to:-Experienced in supervising construction of Medical Modality rooms (X-ray, MRI, CT, Nuclear Med, etc.)-Managed time schedules completing projects on or before deadlines and within budget requirements -Established communication and acted as the primary liaison for all subcontractors, clients, vendors, managers, architects, engineers, city inspectors and upper management for each project-Provided guidance and supervision to subcontractors-Prepared bids according to project requirements -Interpreted and explained plans and contract terms -Planned, organized, and directed activities concerned with construction projects. -Inspected and reviewed projects to monitor compliance with building, safety codes, and other regulations. -Studied job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods -Selected, contracted, and oversaw workers who completed specific pieces of the project.-Competent in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project)-Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously-Flexible to work under various work environments while being effective and efficient
