As a seasoned restructuring advisor, Mr. Coben has provided financial advisory services to sponsors and credit providers on buy/hold decisions, covenant defaults and in- and out-of-court restructurings to preserve value and maximize financial outcomes for clients. In addition, Mr. Coben is an effective leader and has provided on-site crisis and turnaround management services for boards of directors, executive teams and their capital partners including the assessment of restructuring alternatives, guidance through of out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 filings and leadership of operational turnarounds. Acting as both an advisor and as an interim executive, Mr. Coben works closely with financial sponsors, lenders and management teams to lead business transformations and operational improvement initiatives across the value chain, driving revenue growth, reducing operating and supply chain costs, transforming finance organizations and optimizing people, processes and systems.
