Duties:Buyer/Planner* Coordinate purchasing activities to support internal production schedules; * Monitor and maintain acceptable levels of raw material and hardware inventories; * Maintain supplier and purchased part information; * Statusing of parts to support customer deliveries including expediting as required; * Coordinate with supervisors re: rush part requirements and work centre/ shift scheduling; * Establish daily production priorities; * Print and review shipping requirement reports; check stock available, as well as unfinished product in process-communicate priority items; * Initiate cost reduction activities and participate in Centra improvement initiatives; * Maintain purchase order due dates with suppliers to support inventory requirements and initiatives; * Follow-up with suppliers to support production schedules;

Duties: Order Entry and RevisionTrack high volume of packaging/pre-press projects through all phases of productionMaintain communication with customers, manufacturing and Project Managers Problem solving production issues and delaysDirect liaison between customer, suppliers, printers and production.Report to the Project Manager on status of progress of work and causes of work delaysMaintain spreadsheets of production hours as required by the customers for billing.Generate invoices for customersMaintain customer accounts to ensure contact and billing information is accurate.Establish and promote excellent customer relationsPerform other related duties and participate in special projects as assignedFax, Email, Mail and File paperwork and invoicesCross Train to provide back up for Key Clients
