• Summary - Help upper/lower IT team and shadow Network Manager for new branch lab acquisitions. I loved this job; It was perfect to help advance my career, my passion for networking, and advance my knowledge. I was let go from this position only 5 weeks after starting due to budget cuts and layoffs - Reference available from this position. Great IT team to work with. Will miss you guys.• My Goal - To get more hands-on experience with Routers/Firewalls and become a Network Engineer• Projects: GPO/Script BitLocker Implementation/Testing, Branch-office ISP Consolidation, IT Support, Monitor Meraki Network and Support IT Manager• Worked with Jira Helpdesk - Remotely helped users via TeamViewer and Windows Remote Assistance.• Implement BitLocker with GPO & Scripting for entire company. Keys stored in AD automatically during activation. Completed testing on/with IT team first.• Consolidated 30 branch locations ISP internet connections & info into one excel spreadsheet for ISP MSP management (FastBlue MSP). Custom software wouldn’t work with Office 2007.
