• Oversee release management team and provide guidance on all release management activities • Direct project management resources in regards to change management, issue/risk management, financial planning/reporting, workplan management, and resource management• Provide oversight and facilitation of vendor agreements, contract management, and resource planning • Facilitate critical issue resolution and implementation activities, as appropriate, for pending migration activities• Ongoing validation of program adherence to established processes and standards• Participate with program leadership on evaluation of business opportunities in relation to cost savings and schedule impacts• Continuation of release management responsibilities

• Responsible for planning the delivery of all content of a defined program release• Ongoing validation and review of component interoperability within program releases• Collaborate with program architects to ensure component compatibility, business functionality, and dependencies with other system applications• Resolve and manage issues with potential impacts to the program release• Understand and manage the sequence of component dependencies • Mitigate risks with potential impacts to the program release• Own and communicate program release scheduling, status, and financial information• Communicate between the program and the executive stakeholders key information related to the program release• Oversee release management team and provide guidance on all release management activities• Direct project management resources in regards to change management, issue/risk management, financial planning/reporting, workplan management, and resource management

• Establish and document process and procedure documents specific to the program• Report and provide status on program metrics to executive oversight and program leadership; relative to schedule, financials, and resources• Act as conduit between key business stakeholders and technical resources• Resolve issues and mitigate risks with high business exposure and direct impact to program schedule and budget• Responsible for one of four key business process implementations, as it relates to technical delivery, business readiness, and deployment to production systems• Collaborate efforts of project managers responsible for the different areas of program implementation
