I develop Government Cost Estimates for DoD weapon system programs (aircraft, radar, and IT systems) through collaboration with various project managers and system engineers within an assigned Air Force/Space Force program. Using requirements from this collaboration I build a complex spreadsheet-based project cost models using metrics from modern software development programs then apply statistical concepts to quantify probabilities of success as it relates to program budgeting and schedule plans.In addition I analyze historical cost data to develop analogies and cost estimating relationships using regression analysis. Business case analyses, trade studies, and economic analyses further enhance the information I'm able to provide local project managers. Overall this assists the project managers in better understanding the technology trends and visualizing the cost impact of their assigned projects in current time.

I facilitate management of grant funding for the United States Air Force Academy, Department of Research (HQ USAFA/DFRO) as a government contractor via Apogee Engineering. There are 23 individually coded research centers supported by a total of 205 active/multi-year funding documents (MIPRs, POs, IAAs, Funding Letters, etc...) providing approximately $44M in Fiscal Year 17 alone.I provide:• Budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates for cost centers. • Budget administration work involving the monitoring of obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of a budget with different sources and types of funding, such as direct annual, multi-year, and no-year appropriations; apportionment's; allotments; transfer of funds from other agencies; revenue from industrially funded operations; and refunds.• Advice, assistance, and guidance on budgeting and related information. Devises and recommends the adoption of procedures to implement budgetary processes, policies, and regulations issued by MAJ COM or AF headquarters. • Analyses, reviews, and special studies of budget and/or related information. Reviews and assesses the long-term effects of budget guidelines, such as new or revised legislation, Programming Decision Memoranda (PDM), and Program Budget Decision (PBD), on assigned programs.

Customers that were deemed past due were immediately contacted to discuss how to bring their accounts back into good standing.If or when new customers would request credit for their account I would use Duns & Bradstreet to help determine their credit worthiness and advise the Controller on what credit levels should be issued.

This group contracted with four different credit card servicing vendors making daily matching extremely difficult.I also reconciled the credit card accounts for all regional managers and corporation executives.
