Chad Daniel specializes in the industries of HVAC and Plumbing. He has been doing HVAC for 20 plus years. He started CD Mechanical in his college dorm in 1997 and has grown it into one of the largest mechanical companies in North Georgia. When is dad become ill in 2011, Chad took over management for C&H Mechanical and Plumbing. He has since grown C&H Mechanical and Plumbing into one of Georgia's largest mechanical subcontractors. He has managed many projects including education facilities, retail building, medical office, luxury condominiums and government offices. He has successfully completed hundreds of projects ranging from 5 thousand to 9 plus million dollars in individual contract size and is currently bonded at $10 million per single project. As he continues to build both companies in size and service, his goal is to achieve complete customer satisfaction.Chad is also expanding his talents and knowledge to the Property Management/Development fields. In 2002, he founded CD II Properties, LLC with just a few multifamily properties. Since then he has developed many multifamily, single family and commercial retail properties. While his primary focus has turned to more commercial development he still manages a large number of multifamily properties. He is responsible for all facets of the projects including initial feasibility, due diligence, property acquisitions, design coordination, development/construction, contractor pricing and selection, property management and property disposition.
