Service Technician
Current- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues on recirculation pumps, variable speed drives, feature control PLCs, and other electrical components, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company standards.- Program and wire various electrical systems, including variable speed drives, solenoids, interlocks, and electrically actuated valves, maintaining high accuracy and functionality.- Diagnose and resolve plumbing, pressure, suction, and mechanical issues, including flow rate, priming, and leaks, applying detailed analysis and prompt corrective action.- Install a range of systems such as variable speed drives, pumps, chemical control systems, feature control systems, and electrical panels, following precise technical specifications.- Repair and maintain key components (motors, timers, blowers, chlorinators, PVC piping, and more) to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.- Coordinate service start-ups and manage logistics, including scheduling and equipment preparation, ensuring all client and internal requirements are met, and train customers on equipment operation.- Foster positive client relations, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring all repairs and installations meet Department of Health requirements.- Train new technicians on service protocols and technical procedures, strengthening team capability and fostering a high-performance environment.
