As the previous Commander (Senior Director) of a 700-person organization, flying 22K+ hours annually, we executed dynamic, difficult, "no-fail" global missions, utilizing KC-135 aircraft to conduct all-weather, anytime, anywhere Aerial Refueling, Aeromedical Evacuation and Airlift. A career-long Air Refueling Pilot, our community mantra was and is "No one Kicks Ass Without Tanker Gas!" (NKAWTG!), indicating our commitment to the mission, as critical mission enablers. Now I plan to leverage my 27 years of successful and safe aviation operations experience to build new teams, conquer new projects, inspire new initiatives and drive perpetual improvement.
