With a diverse fleet of vehicles, I am responsible for the scheduled maintenance and corrective maintenance. Doing repairs on a multitude of electric scooter (small electric car and trucks) to grapple repair on one of the excavators. We have a fleet of light and medium duty trucks ranging from Ford rangers to Ford or Chevy 1ton pickups. I am also responsible for our heavy equipment Tractors and trailer, skid steers, backhoes and excavators. we own a couple different brands of material handers. I preform field service calls on all our equipment, often traveling to different bases to recover or fix the vehicle on site. Welding and the fabrication to modify or fix a component is common, as wells as temporary fixes to keep the vehicle in operation until the new part arrives. I strive on the opportunity to learn from my peers and give guidance when needed

As floor supervisor I was responsible for a team of 5-10 mechanics(depending on deployment rotation) for the maintenance of 296 combat vehicles. Preforming factory required 20 hour engine break-in using dynamometer and installed safety and collateral equipment on all new Polaris MRZR’s. Accomplished full inspections and corrective maintenance on all vehicles returning from training and from overseas work sites.Tasks included everything from complete engine and transmission swaps or overhaul to tie rod replacement to oil changes and tire alignment. as a supervisor i had to assign tasking, plan which employees would travel for training, insure my employees had the proper tools and materials to complete there tasking.
