* Managed the IT team, allocating resources for ongoing projects and enforcing deadlines.* Led the design and development of software upgrades and the deployment of new services and products.* Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity and general software and hardware issues.* Draft user stories, use cases and functional specifications to support product development.* Manage and Maintain Active Directory for the entire company (approximately 150+ users). * Collaborate with the global team to resolve IT support cases.* Supervise Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) department. Set up EDI profiles with companies to make sending and receiving orders more efficient and automated. (Ex: Kmart, Sears, JCPenney, Footlocker and many other large Retailers.)* Maintain any hardware throughout the company including but not limited to: VoIP - Cisco Phones, Cisco switches/routers/firewalls/wireless, HP switches, Virtual Desktops and Servers using VMWare (Win 2000-2008R2)* Successfully implemented and performed a Disaster Recovery system. Company suffered a major disaster by fire to the manufacturing building. Completely shut down the entire network, unhooked everything and moved to a new location. Designed a new network, installed and reconfigured all network devices. Installed and configured servers at the new location. Had network activity and remote access live within 36 hours of initial shutdown. Completed move project by connecting all desktops and printers. Total project completed within 60 hours of initial shutdown.I* nstalled, configured and maintained Point of Sale systems, IP Cameras and VPN connections at each of the 8 remote retail locations.* Maintain SQL Databases for Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Retail Management Systems, Nautilus (Knitting machine software), EDI* Setup and maintain Server/File/VM backups using Veeam and Symantec Backup Exec
