-Manage the Hotel product P&L, consisting of 60% of total transactions, Revenue, and EBITDA of the company-Craft a 3 year strategic plan for the Hotel product, develop baseline OKRs to set goals, and create a system of reports to track performance-Build a new pacing model which uses recent historical data to project out future results to highlight key metrics and predict changes in the business environment -Build out an automated data feed to enhance Marketing Reporting and analysis, identifying causes of shifts in the business and developing proactive solutions-Create monthly and quarterly business review presentations to highlight marketing performance, identify areas of strength/weakness in results, and perform in-depth analysis of the issue
