Who doesn’t enjoy sports, music and theatre? Those are my passions, and I’ve been lucky enough to carve out a career in the entertainment industry over the past 15 plus years. I’m currently employed by Ticketmaster/Live Nation as a Client Support Specialist in Alton, Illinois. What does that mean you ask? At a very basic level, I’m the liaison between the ticketing company and venue. I’m the face of the company to our clients and their primary point of contact. I’m an experienced Client Support Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry. Skilled in conflict resolution, team building, Archtics/Host ticketing systems, Salesforce, training, and event ticketing. I’m a strong support professional with a Bachelor of Arts - BA focused in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.Overall, I’m a well-organized individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. I’m detail-oriented and consider myself to be a very efficient worker. I have extensive experience working in a box office and have expanded those skills in my time with Ticketmaster. I believe that these qualifications, as well as my positive attitude and personal drive to succeed, make me a valuable asset to the team/company.
