Data Entry Specialist, Identify social, economic, and physical needs and barriers with clients; Responsible for clients assigned to recuperative care in housing units. Assess client support systems, community resources and other factors to develop an appropriate case plan. Fill residential vacancies/housing. Provide casework services, crisis intervention, stabilization, and goal planning. Maintain all required documentation, records, and reports. Prepare statistical reports and summaries. Intake, social work, emergency crisis planning, distributing medication, enforce educational and health policies/procedures, crisis diversion assessments, therapy, coaching, setting goals with clients, getting them back on their feet, and monitoring daily activities. Provide service to units by addressing a wide variety of issues which also include, investigating violation of rules, criminal activity, and reportable incidents. Strong visible presence, ensure campus safety, work directly with law enforcement and fire department, report writing, establish and maintain a close partnership with school administrators/clients in order to provide good working environment, assist school officials with their efforts to enforce educational policies and procedures. Ensure school administrator and staff safety by being present during searches, which may involve weapons, controlled substances or in such cases that, the clients emotional state may present a risk to themselves, staff, or other clients. Emergency crisis planning and building security matters. Build working relationships with the school’s staff as well as with students. Work with board certified clinicians.
