My job and greatest enjoyment is to help my dentists create strategies to help them get out of dentistry alive. I do this through strategic practice transitions as well as getting the RIGHT team together to ensure each practice's revenue grows. My goal for each dentist to get them to a point of choice where they are making more money in profits from their practices than they ever did clinically.
