Responsible for overseeing design/construction capital projects, ensuring projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.- Ensure work is completed in accordance with Federal, State and local agencies.- Conducts field inspections, review contractor invoicing and maintain project cost control.- Negotiate terms of agreements and draft contracts- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.- Manage design schedule and engage with procurement- Other duties as assigned by management.

Oversee day-to-day operations, while estimating and selling potential projects as well. Help build clientele for future projects and maintain customer relations with existing customers from previous projects. Ensure all profit margins are met for each project and adjust accordingly to ensure this success. Develop relationships with sub-contractor and vendors to offer customers the best management practices available in this competitive market. Maintain communications between all Partners and ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the Company. Oversee all business relations internally from Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Project Cost Tracking, Project Review prior to and after completion.

Supervised while assisting in the construction process of numerous residential projects from small bathrooms to full additions and full basements. Maintained crew efficiency. Assisted in scheduling subcontractors.
