Monitor systems in operation and quickly troubleshot errors.. Manage system-wide operating system and software deployments as well as related software upgrade problems. ( ConnectWise, Umbrella Roaming Client ). Configure systems according to prescribed software and hardware frameworks.. Establish, repair and optimize networks.. Use diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures and replace non-functional components.. Follow detailed operational process and procedures to appropriately analyze, escalate and assist in remediation of information security incidents.. Correct connectivity faults to restore user access to local networks, cloud-based storage and public web.. Respond to support requests from end-users and patiently walk individuals through basic troubleshooting tasks.. Explain technical information in clear terms to promote better understanding for non-technical users.. Complete routine and complex software installations, assisting users of various levels of computer sophistication in operation of new and existing software.
