• Lead a cross-functional team to develop an SAP systematic solution for Legal reporting subscription and transactional revenue results in SAP and Trove, which didn’t exist previously.
• Rebuilt the SAP hierarchy for the TR reorganization (Vanguard). Lead restatement for intercompany elimination process, new Standard Cost Transfer process for shared products, and standard P&L reporting workstream.
• Lead project to speed up close/billing for our Legal customers, and internal reporting purposes. Project removed one to two days from the billing cycle.
• Manage the FP&A adoption of the new Financial reporting platform, Trove, as the standard reporting solution for Legal.

• Develop key metrics for the Sales organization, including FTE tenure, attainment by tenure, and sales by channel/product to give visibility into the performance of each sales team.
• Lead the sales planning and forecasting processes in a business with double-digit growth rates. Expense management of salaries, variable compensation, T&E, and other COS items.
• Partner with Sales Operations on 2015 compensation lever design. Plan includes partner selling, a commission rate to pay more as performance increases, and bonuses that limit upside on inconsistent sales performance.
• Lead and manage the process to ensure post sale exceptions are reviewed on a timely basis, and ensure decisions are applied consistently to all requests. Partner with Performance, Product, Account Management, and Sales.
• Lead the sales reporting and subsequent commission payments. Ensure the team is driving for accuracy and timeliness on all compensation related payments.
• Manage financial process to ensure compliance. All incentives and promotions need to be approved by the business before they can be administered. All exceptions documented and audited on a quarterly basis.
