• Lead a cross-functional team to develop an SAP systematic solution for Legal reporting subscription and transactional revenue results in SAP and Trove, which didn’t exist previously.• Rebuilt the SAP hierarchy for the TR reorganization (Vanguard). Lead restatement for intercompany elimination process, new Standard Cost Transfer process for shared products, and standard P&L reporting workstream.• Lead project to speed up close/billing for our Legal customers, and internal reporting purposes. Partner with Performance, Product, Account Management, and Sales on exceptions.• Lead the sales reporting and subsequent commission payments. Ensure the team is driving for accuracy and timeliness on all compensation related payments.• Manage financial process to ensure compliance. All incentives and promotions need to be approved by the business before they can be administered. All exceptions documented and audited on a quarterly basis.• Lead the financial design of the SAP Order-To-Cash integration for LawInfo and the subsequent revenue recognition strategies for the product lines.Specific Accomplishments• Reduced cycle times on post-sale exception reviews to less than one-half a day, document that the committee approves majority of requests (only 7% denied).• Improved processes to ensure month-end reporting is distributed on Workday 2, reducing a day of this process.
