I maintained/grew a customer base in the Midwest, Northeast, and Canada. Prodiesel is a re-manufacturing facility for diesel engine pumps and injectors.

My responsibilities included all aspects of sales, marketing and purchasing. I started with this company as one of several salesmen. Over the course of about 2 years I rapidly advance up in the ranks. I soon became the Sales Manager, where I decided to launch our own private label part line. I started the marketing campaign and soon we were on the radar of all of the major competitors. Soon we were selling as much or more than the competition. I accomplished this through several actions. I first took a hard look at our component costs. I worked with our suppliers to acquire the items at a better price. At that point we were able to offer a superior part at a better price than the competition. I then started a "grass roots" marketing strategy. I went to the diesel industry shows and marketed the product. In the industry DieselRX is now very well known. I also located a failing company that had a great product but was being mismanaged. We structured a deal to take over the manufacturing and sales of the product.
