Network Administrator Manager
Responsible for managing the IT department, infrastructure to provide maximum up-time of all interconnected systems, security, including multi – camera video recording and archiving between 2 buildings, working with 3 COM and Polycom phone systems with their interconnected servers to provide uptime for phone system, and archive voice mail. Maintenance, update, and general repair of 3 High speed NCR scanning transport machines with interconnected dual servers with 3 seperate main scanning machines. Core focus on purchase, analyzing, design, testing, repair, implementing and maintaining mission critical servers, workstations, network, vulnerability protection, and support of all connected systems on 2 seperate site locations encompassing 150 local employees and 45 client companies supporting thousands of end users worldwide through both direct and cloud based technologies. Manage all networking equipment and 2 server rooms. Maintain temperature and baseline stats for all servers and connected systems to ensure maximum uptime. Manage support personnel staff, programmers, and end users to configure, maintain, and support all systems. Stay abreast of the latest IT developments and technologies to provide a testing grounds with VMWARE outside the production environment to test and ensure a safe computing environment. Participate in yearly disaster recovery drill to an off-site, out of state facility in Oklahoma where the entire infrastructure is brought online and tested for functionality. This includes all core servers to run day to day operations. Provide disaster recovery planning, uptime, and ensure quality of service for the company and its clients.
