As Team Leader coordinate training with units, prepare and submit training schedules. Prepare and submit all required post training reports. Developed and administrate student exit surveys, instruction assessment forms and practical exams. Participate in quarterly courseware evaluations of C-IED POIs. Construct and emplace IEDs in accordance with current enemy and friendly tactic, techniques and procedures. Assist site lead in conducting welcome aboard brief for each newly joined instructor. Conduct performance counseling for instructors on a monthly basis. Prepare and present confirmation briefs for special interest or overseas training. Submit purchase requests, with complete justification for required equipment and supplies. Maintain accountability and serviceability of all assigned equipment.
