In 2016, I founded Evolution Barbell in my parents' two-car garage with a vision to create a fitness studio where members could achieve meaningful progress tailored to their unique goals. Initially, we focused exclusively on personal training for 3.5 years due to space limitations. As we grew, we expanded into a much larger facility—10 times the original size—enabling us to offer a wide range of services that cater to the specific needs of our clients. Our dedication to customization and excellence has been recognized, as Evolution Barbell was voted "Best Gym/Fitness Center in Lebanon County" in both 2023 and 2024. At Evolution Barbell, we understand that there's no "one size fits all" in health and fitness, and we take pride in delivering a highly personalized experience that ensures every member receives the support they need to succeed.
