I have been a freelance performer/recording artist for the last 21 years. Performance highlights have included performing with Itzhak Perlman, Luciano Pavarotti, Smokey Robinson, and Ray Charles. My most recent recordings were with acclaimed hip hop artist Talib Kweli. I appeared on an album from "Idle Warship", Kweli's collaboration project. I also appeared on and was the string arranger for his solo album "Prisoner of Conscious" which was released in the spring of 2013.

I teach general music and chorus, Monday through Friday, to children grades 1-5, as well as teaching drama three days a week.

As the Music Specialist at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House I was the music teacher for programs throughout our agency serving members of the community ages 3 to 103. I taught music to all 8 of our Early Childhood Center classrooms, our RealArts After School Program, and our RealArts Summer Camp Program. In addition to working with youth, I also facilitated a drumming/percussion group once a week at our Park Avenue Shelter for Women with Mental Illness, and twice a week with our CARE program for clients suffering from Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia at our 70th Street Senior Center.In addition to my teaching duties, I also assisted in the development, implementation, promoting, and production of a Community Theatre group and a monthly concert series, as well as many other administrative duties for our growing Visual and Performing Arts Department.
