An accredited practising dietitian (APD, Australia and ADS, Singapore) with strong passion for scientific research. I am currently a full time research fellow with a special interest in Geriatric Oncology.I am a trained acute care dietitian with experience in medical nutrition therapy in Chronic diseases and over a decade of clinical practice. I provide clinical and research mentorship to new graduate dietitians. My research experience centers around improving health services in chronic disease management. My PhD focused on development of a hospital-to-home, nutrition-exercise support services in Pre-frailty and Frailty. I am well versed in English and Mandarin, with superior verbal and written communication and proven skills in team-based projects. An engaging and energetic speaker demonstrated through scientific presentations/papers and media (TV, radio) representations.
