The Administrator assumes full-time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the operations and for the financial viability of the nursing community. Manages community employees in the provision of care and services rendered in accordance with professional standards, and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Collaborates with consultants, contractors, referring physicians, community resources, government agencies and advocacy groups. Implements operational and financial objectives of the Governing Body and allocates resources in an efficient and economical manner to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psycho-social well being of each resident.
