Leading the planning and performance team in managing programs and processes to support compliance with Company HSE Policies and Standards, and external regulations regarding HSE risks for Eni US Operations.BSEE SEMS Audit team member for 2015 and 2018 SEMS Audits.Prepares the department’s budget documents in line with Company objectives.Directs self-assessments of applicable SEQ processes and requirements.Prepares, reviews and updates the Company four year HSE Plan and interface documents in line with Company objectives ensuring communication and awareness to all levels of the company.Develops and communicates SEQ strategies and provides feedback on gaps and/or successes.Organizes and prepares HSE Steering Committee Meeting with management.Perform offshore platform/site leadership visits.Manages incident data analysis, trending and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.Develops, maintains and reports HSE performance metrics and goals.Ensures lessons learned from investigations are captured, consolidated and escalated as appropriate.Provides support to Contract Holders and Projects during Contract Reviews.Manages the Management of Change (MOC) Process to ensure implementation of corporate MOC policies and procedures.Ensures management system changes are documented and impacts assessed.Ensures a process is in place for managing permanent or temporary changes to facilities, operations, products or the organization.Coordinates with various departments to ensure all pre-startup safety reviews are completed and documented prior to start-up.Supports the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) process and ensuring this element is updated as required by regulation.Ensures that risks associated with the company activities are captured and managed in such a way to ensure safety of employees, contractors and members of the community.Maintain Safety Risk Registers for all North American Business Unit.

Reviewing incident investigations.Generating projects aimed at the continuous improvement of HSE performance of the operations, including the use of safety culture initiatives.Promoting a better understanding of Company operations (relating to Safety and Emergency Response) to the local and national authorities by developing closer ties through regular visits, networking, workshops, etc.Ensure that Contractor supplied Safety and Emergency Response related documentation, such as Project Design documents, HSE Cases, HSE Plans, Waste Management Plans, etc. are reviewed.Maintain Safety Risk Registers for all North American Business Units.Provide oversight and direction of the Contractor Safety Management Program.

Job responsibilities include:• Water Compliance: NPDES water discharge permiting and monitoring• Air Compliance: Greenhouse gas monitoring; BOEM Air Quality Reports; Continuous emission monitoring; BOEM GOADS (Gulf Offshore Activity Data System); EPA Subpart W annual monitoring• Waste Management Compliance: Waste management monitoring compliance advisory, including hazardous, universal, and NORM management• Lead and participate in internal Environmental and Regulatory audits• Perform offshore platform leadership visits

• Responsible for coordination, maintenance and management of the SEMS Plan and the associated ANKOR SEMS Portal document storage and retrieval system• Assist the Safety Manager with daily safety duties. Research contract company safety statistics, safe work plans, etc. Coordinate with ISNetworld safety program representatives to best serve ANKOR’S needs with regards to SEMS compliance

• Manage Eni’s Incident Management System (Entropy) for US operations. Data managed includes all Shelf, Deepwater, and Alaska assets for Eni relating to spills/environmental issues, injuries, and illnesses• Prepare detailed incident reports for Eni corporate statistics and trending analysis supporting Eni Petroleum US business unit• Gather, coordinate, and report all HSE and production information to Eni corporate office via multiple databases• Give detailed training sessions in use of Entropy to Eni employees• Guidance and support to the Eni Health and Safety professionals as the need arises

• Manage Chevron’s Incident Management System (SiteSafe) for the Gulf of Mexico. Data managed includes all Shelf and Deepwater assets for Chevron relating to spills/environmental issues, injuries, and illnesses• Prepare detailed incident reports for Chevron corporate statistics and trending analysis supporting Chevron’s Gulf of Mexico business unit• Set up filters and queries for routine and special requests using internal and external databases of state and federal permitting and regulatory issues to gather data for internal and external reports• Give detailed training sessions in use of SiteSafe to Chevron employees• Assures permits are issued and all paperwork turned in to proper governmental agencies to ensure no downtime. Hurricane Evacuation Reports to MMS (Minerals Management Service) during hurricane season• Guidance and support to the Gulf of Mexico drilling unit of permitting processes in both state leases and federal jurisdictions. Assist the HES permitting group with any issues that may arise
