Former Division I athlete, with a degree in Business Administration & Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Graduated from the Medical Sales College in Denver, CO, April 2017, with a final grade of A. Chad has extensive experience in marketing and management. Leading a three-man team, he built the company River City Segs from the ground up in Richmond, becoming the number one tourism company in Virginia within their first year in business. This was achieved through unique marketing strategies, as well as, providing a higher quality product and directly selling to large corporate clients.Technology and sales have always been a passion of his, and he has pursued them professionally and personally for the past 10 years. He spent that time honing his interpersonal skills, which are one of his most valuable traits. At the Medical Sales College he received training in radiology, knowledge of surgical instrumentation, O.R. conduct, HIPPA and patient confidentiality, infection control, and comprehension of blood borne pathogens. He also developed a strong foundation of knowledge related to anatomy, physiology, pathology, biomechanics, and medical terminology to effectively communicate with surgeon customers. On his own time while at the Medical Sales College, he researched and profiled over 60 surgeons within a ten-mile radius, detailing their educational background, area of expertise, products they currently use, scholarly articles and journals they’ve published, and more. Chad is highly motivated, organized, and enjoys putting in the extra hours to become an expert at his craft.
