I graduated from Montana State University in spring 2023 with a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Aerospace.I am currently serving as a Launch Engineer for SpaceX at LC-39A and LC-40 in Cape Canaveral, FL. I love working in a dynamic and demanding environment that offers me access to hands-on engineering experiences while being surrounded by historic space infrastructure.My dream is to one day make it into orbit and experience micro-gravity. Contributing to SpaceX's mission of developing humanity into a multi-planetary society aligns perfectly with my ambitions and invigorates me to work hard everyday!In 2022, I had the privilege of interning at United Launch Alliance (ULA), where I gained my initial experience working with cryogenic commodities and facility upkeep. I actively participated in supporting the final Delta IV Heavy launch from SLC-6 at Vandenberg Space Force Base, ensuring mission readiness. Additionally, I had the opportunity to contribute to operations and mission preparation at SLC-3 for NASA's JPSS-2 launch.After graduating from MSU, I began working as a Test Engineer at Blue Origin's eXtreme Engine Experiment (XEEx) test stand in Van Horn, TX. Throughout my time in Texas, I engaged in the design and maintenance of cryogenic, hydraulic, and gaseous commodity systems in order to prepare the site for engine hot fire. I'm proud to have been able to contribute to the testing of BE-4s that will be used on ULA's upcoming Vulcan launches. My experience with Blue Origin provided me the opportunity to specialize in LNG sampling and gas chromatography, enabling me to determine sampling composition and address anomalous chromatograph behavior. Working in the Aerospace industry is a lifelong dream of mine and I love to share my experience with anyone who also dreams of floating above our beautiful planet someday.
