His background as an entrepreneur has shaped Chad’s tenacious management style as he balances innovation and ease of use while ensuring compliance remains in focus. As CTO for Allstate Health Solution, an operating entity of The Allstate Corporation - NYSE: ALL, Chad provides technology leadership for the Individual Health carrier and AHS Subsidiary businesses including distribution, call-center, and SaaS. A third-generation insurance agent, Chad has witnessed the transformation of the American Health Insurance industry firsthand. Early in his career Chad built a successful IT consulting company before joining Quotit in 2003. In 2014 Chad was named Vice President Exchange Solutions & Marketplace Compliance Officer for Word & Brown Companies due to his extensive work with both Federal and State agencies on implementation of the Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Within Quotit/AgentCubed he has held a variety of positions, culminating in Chad being promoted to division president in 2017 after the successful acquisition by National General Insurance. In 2024 Chad was named CTO for Allstate Health Solutions leading carrier and distribution technology strategy and execution.
