Lead several large scale Infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include leading internal IT Infrastructure teams, Architects, and vendors to successful completion of projects.

Lead a project team in the planning and implementation of deliverables outlined in the project charter. Manage the successful completion of all project and governance tasks within the approved time, scope, and budget and insure final acceptance by the line of business. Responsible for managing multiple moderate to complex projects with little oversight.

1. Research and document the desired results of business improvement projects. This would include conducting interviews, surveys and/or focus groups with key stakeholders. Collection and analysis of financial and/or volume related data for the purposes of quantifying impacts and benefits. Documentation of current and future state process flows.2. Creates detailed business requirement documents (BRD) to achieve desired results for projects. These would include all facets of regulatory, compliance, business and end-user functional and process design. The BRD is used by others to design, create and develop the intended solutions.3. Actively participate in business improvement team meetings, develop project plans and project budgets, advocates the business perspective in meetings. 4. Validate the expected business requirements are met. Test proposed solutions to ensure the expected results will be achieved. Develops end user test scripts and scenarios to validate system changes. Monitor system and process changes, document and report defects. Recommend modificaitons if necessary.

Chief of Staff to SVP (General Manager of Operations), analyze staffing needs, forecasting, and productivity. Acted as a liason between Operations and IT regarding Cognos reports specifications and functionality. Continually trained Account Management on functionality of the newly implemented $60 million system upgrades including an Enterprise Data Warehouse, Oracle Financials, and Atlas customer system. Direct point of contact for 11 Account Executives to provide technical assistance, reporting, and training on financial systems.

Manage a caseload of projects, reports, adhocs, quarterly and year end reviews, dashboards, and process improvements. Performed several client demonstrations in order to renew the client contract. Led team huddles to discuss process improvements, technology, on-going issues, and project prioritization.
