Most problems require more than one discipline to solve – they are an “AND” not an “OR”. “AND” is an excellent summary of my skillset. “AND” is where innovation lives and I help organizations find it.I’m a big picture person who loves the details. My work always begins with the end: What do we want to accomplish? What do we want people say as they walk out the door? What’s our future story of success? Then I co-design every detail of every experience along the path to that result. I believe both the journey and the destination are important. I love creativity. It’s in my DNA and showed up early in life as I found flow surrounded by Lego pieces and a no-holds-barred imagination. My favorite question is “What if?” The most common reprise to any meeting is “You ask the best questions, Chad. They always make me think differently.” I am a champion for possibility and potential. I have worked with some of the top corporations and non-profits globally and led the design of a vast portfolio of projects that have received industry awards and acclaim. I draw upon my extensive background in strategic business analysis, facilitation, communications and media, technology, usability, and instruction to advance ideas into world-class products and experiences.
