Led 6,500 Airmen in the Air Forces' largest Intelligence Wing, which consists of six Groups, 21 Squadrons, spread across 36 locations around the world, with a $25B global enterprise and a $58M annual budget. Chief advisor to the commander and staff on matters affecting the health, morale and welfare, effective use, career progression and quality of life of over 85 Air Force career fields for active-duty and reserve members, guiding all base facilities to include the base education center.

Led a 260-person joint and bi-national Combatant Command Intelligence Directorate at NORAD & USNORTHCOM; guiding a $17M dollar budget to craft the time sensitive intelligence to defend North America. Guided USNORTHCOM intelligence engagements at the Strategic level with Mexico and the Bahamas, built partner capacity to secure the borders from drug trafficking. Enhanced North American Counterterrorism operations and force protection missions by developing partnerships between the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and Federal Bureau of Investigation in order to discover and assess terror plots, which influenced the posture of 315 US and Canadian military facilities.

Led 850 Joint Military Service members across 6 National Security Agency organizations. Guided $375M in time-sensitive intelligence collection and analysis assets across 28 global mission elements and enabled 24/7 ISR operations in support of 6 Combatant Commands. Overhauled the National Security Agency military Intelligence Analysis training program. Galvanized Agency and Joint Service requirements and secured $35K for 800 courses for 700 military members, which fueled new ISR tradecraft across the NSA site.

Led the Cyberspace Intelligence Squadron of 255+ military and civilian personnel, with an $11M operating budget that conducted global operations, and had the responsibility of defending $2B in US Air Force networks. Advised the Commander on readiness and utilization of $15M assets that supported non-kinetic ops for an NSA site’s intelligence operations. Led the professional development and training for 12 Cyberspace career fields, which supported 9 Combatant Commands and guided over 650 Cyber ISR operations. Overhauled a legacy Air Force mission; developed a new system to conduct surveillance on terrorist websites that exposed Improvised Explosive Device (IED) guides, which saved US forces’ lives. Shaped the Air Force/DoD cyber posture; led a new 200-hour, $2.5M ISR sensor evaluation, which directly led to the overhauling of intelligence support to cyberspace defense operations. Identified a DoD cyber training gap; secured fallout training funds to build a standard that was adopted NSA-wide. Led the creation of 4 new US Cyber Command combat teams; procured over $200K in training funds to mold 1600 Airmen; crafted standards for 2 Combatant Commands’ cyber armory and molded OPLANs with cyber strike options. Steered DoD cyberspace operations in support of the US Treasury Department to identify illegal finance activity; enabled the freezing of $3.5T in terrorist funding. Constructed a virtual operations network and simulated cyber battle range; codified the latest training requirements to baseline all future Air Force cyberspace intelligence professionals. Stood up a Squadron forward operations site in the United Kingdom; synchronized Allied Network Defense standards and advanced US/UK cyber relations. Acquired a $4.9M/3-year cyberspace ISR contract; increased cybersecurity standards and improved a deployed Air force battlefield command and control.

Led Intelligence Collection, Analysis, and Production for a 34-member Joint Special Operations unit conducting Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) activities supporting US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Trained and equipped USSOCOM intelligence analysts deploying to 4 areas of responsibility as counterterrorism targeting experts charged with coordinating multi- and Interagency support to combat operations. Managed intelligence priorities for Special Operations Task Force Commanders; directing time-sensitive analysis to enable High Value Target capture/kill operations. Served as the liaison officer for the USSOCOM Commander within multiple Joint and Interagency settings in Washington D.C. Drafted critical intelligence reports for multiple briefs that went to the President of the United States; ensured the nation's decision makers were informed, and was lauded by the Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Led Joint Task Force operations during six deployments to during Operation Enduring Freedom; guided time-sensitive technical intelligence collection and the production of 25 members at 7 austere locations; guided forward CYBERCOM support battlefield commanders and disrupted countless insurgent networks. Subject Matter Expert for highly unique USSOCOM Counterterrorism targets of Operational and National intelligence interest; provides critical reach-back support to forward deployed Joint Special Ops Task Force (JSOTF) commanders

Led production efforts of 20 analysts focused on Operation Iraqi Freedom, overseeing the team’s analytic effort and output. Conducted all-source intelligence research and analysis and provided critical, time sensitive technical information to Intelligence Community partners and tactical military commanders in support of capture/kill operations during both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Professionalized as Digital Network Intelligence Analyst and Digital Network Exploitation Analyst, completed rigorous National Cryptologic School training programs with 1000+ hour training programs

Served in a Joint Duty experience as an Integrated Cryptologic Watch Officer for the Cryptologic Services Group, RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom. Provided first echelon special intelligence support to the United States European Command’s (EUCOM) Joint Analysis Center’s (JAC) Indications and Warning operations center. Served as the primary interface between the JAC and the US Cryptologic system for the coordination of time sensitive signals intelligence support of emerging theater crisis. Researched and answered critical requests for information from EUCOM, component commands and their Joint Task Forces in Eastern Europe, Southwest Asia and Sub-Sahara Africa. Coordinated with JAC analysts for the integration of signals-derived information into all-source assessments and products. Maintained situational awareness of critical intelligence needs in support of EUCOM GWOT intelligence missions. Maintained information systems valued in excess of $4 million.

Managed and supervised the training for 150 Intelligence professionals. Ensured training was planned and conducted in accordance with Air Force and Intelligence Community policies and directives. Used Air Force training methods and principles to develop training materials, lesson plans, and conducted all initial training and certification training for all signals intelligence professionals conducting global intelligence missions. Evaluated technical school graduates and provided critical feedback to Air Force level initial skills training to modify future classes. Developed site-wide Job Qualification standards, evaluations and training plans. Reviewed training material quarterly for applicability to changing mission requirements. Provided training assistance and advisory support to all trainers and supervisors. Certified National Security Agency Signal Intelligence Reporter and Traffic Analyst completed demanding 800+ hours of National Cryptologic School training programs
