Our 2018 United Way Evaluation (Management, Governance, Finance, Results-driven, Diversity, Community connection) resulted in HIGHEST HONORS! We became the largest fund recipient from United Way of Central Indiana for Hancock County, and also the largest fund recipient for all non-profits from the City of Greenfield!!Leadership:-Network with central Indiana businesses/organizations to leverage mission-focused efforts in developing our non-profit community impact-Liaison with local schools, religious organizations, and other non-profit organizations to build a network of like-minded leaders focused on exceeding the needs of the community-Develop sustainable funding avenues to meet the demands of a growing organization striving to improve our efforts every single dayMission of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hancock County:The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hancock County is a youth development organization providing a positive environment which seeks to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.The primary clientele of The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hancock County are children ranging in age from 5-18 years old. We serve over 1200 youth per year in Hancock County.Through our fun, life-changing Academic Success programs, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hancock County encourage kids to graduate from high school on time with a plan for the future. We help prepare young people for great futures at every crucial step of their learning journey—from expanding horizons in elementary school, to unearthing passions in middle school, to embracing subject mastery in high school. In partnership with schools, families and community supporters, we are celebrating achievements and enabling our future leaders to fulfill their potential.
