Conduct and manage close, mobile and static security protection and function as armored vehicle driver. Supports the Team Leader and relieves him as required. Responsible for testing vehicles and equipment prior to each trip to ensure operational readiness at all times. Daily resource manpower and equipment prioritization and allocation to include oversight of billing allocation. Establishes links with other information activities, such as Stabilization Operations Information Center, Afghanistan non-government organization (NGO) Safety Office, Armed Contractor Oversight Division, Skype Chat “Security Face”, and Private Security Company information services. Provides flash alerts and advisories to relevant end-users regarding current and sudden threats. Establishes and maintains tracking of all Company tactical ground call signs movement and activities including satellite tracking and spot reports. Identifies and facilitates other support functions, such as air transport of embedded project personnel to cities. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and pre-coordination across all projects.

Responsible for the day to day management and operations of a Ugandan guard force.

Responsible for the day to day operations in the Joint Defense Operations Center in the International Zone (IZ). Maintaining a daily duty log. Coordinate all Triple Canopy operations with the IZ Police and Army within the IZ. Function as early warning for incoming and or other threats to the IZ. Coordinate with Check Points on all Tier I movements to ensure safe and timely movements. Function as a focal point to gather information on any SIGACT within or around the IZ and report to higher.

Site Manager- Responsible for the day to day management and administration of 90 member guard force of 4 K-9 Handlers, 7 Local National Interpreters, 5 EXPAT Supervisors and 74 Ugandans. Duties include but not limited to; maintaining communications and coordination between the guard force and the Army Operations Center, paying Local Nationals and Ugandan Guard Force, inspection of all guard posts, training of the guard force in the use of force and use of firearms. Also responsible for conducting daily inspections of the guard force, daily briefings, counseling as required and maintaining of all records per DCMA requirementsTOC LNO-Responsible for the day to day operations in the Army Tactical Operations Center. Maintaining the duty log. Update MEDEVAC status and notify patrols of any changes. Receive trip tickets and update patrol boards. Maintain coverage of all radios, phones, mIRC chat, email and cameras. Update the commanders daily briefing binder with duty logs, trip tickets, mission and route status, intelligence summary, and any orders released in the pervious 24 hours.

Operations Coordinator - Coordinate activities and communications between 9 project managers and clients, Director of Operations, and Corporate departments to manage assigned contract missions efficiently, in accordance with the contract statement of work, and MVM policies and procedures. Provide general administrative and technical support to all operational aspects of assigned contracts. Serve as liaison between contract personnel and corporate headquarters. Facilitate problem resolution requiring corporate resources. Provide administrative and technical oversight, support, and coordination of assigned contracts. Provide guidance, mentoring, support and facilitation to project managers and other personnel. Represent and advocate the needs and interests of clients within Corporate headquarters, contract personnel, project managers and other individuals as may be appropriate. Coordinate directly with clients at all levels, and other individuals as may be necessary, in order to facilitate top performance, problem resolution, and the maintenance of good will. Established and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with assigned clients. Coordinate and participate in initial contact with potential clients and analyze contract solicitations. Assist with the development of bids, proposals and contract modifications. Ensure assigned contracts operate within established budgetary parameters. Develop plans and organize resources as are prudent and reasonable in anticipation of probable contract award and implementation. Coordinate with various corporate headquarters departments and project managers upon contract awards and start-up.

Develop, implement, and conduct training programs for 5500 employees, commercial entities, and governmental agencies such as initial, basic and advance firearms training, CPR/First Aid/Automated External Defibulator, observation skills, terrorism awareness, criminal and civil law, report writing, and conflict management. Provide instructional training in the specific areas of employee orientation, on-the-job training, safety practices, and leadership development. Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods. Develop and maintain ongoing curriculum updates and follow-up instruction.

Develop, implement, and conduct training programs for 280 South Africans and Peruvians such as initial, basic and advance firearms training for the Glock 19, M-4, M-249 SAW and 12 gauge shotgun, guard force operations at the U.S. Embassy, observation skills, terrorism awareness, report writing, and conflict management.

Other – Trained in Reconnaissance and Surveillance. Developed and conducted the first Designated Marksman Instructor class with Marine Corps System Command in Quantico which is now the standard for every infantry platoon in the Marines to have trained DM’s within the platoons.Military Police - Special Reaction Team
