Scope of EmploymentDrafting of commercial and corporate documents including but not limited to inter alia the following:- master agreements, lease agreements , sale of shares and members interests agreements, heads of agreements, non-disclosure agreements, option agreements.Drafting of pleadings, notices, legal opinions, appearing in opposed and unopposed applications in the Magistrates Court, and consultations with clients and counsel, experts and other witnesses;Preparing matters for trial, attending trials and assisting with compiling briefs and instructions to counsel, attendances at pre-trial conferences and at court with counsel during trial proceedings, and attending round table conferences with a view to settling litigious matters.I have played a pivotal role in several commercial matters, including the litigation between Vodacom and Nkosana Makate ("Please call me case").
