Leading team and client meetings, I use engaging, informative presentation methodologies to gain buy-in. Creating and maintaining project documentation, I develop and manage project plans that specify goals, strategy, staffing, and scheduling. Taking an active role in resolving conflicts, acting as the first level of escalation, I manage the delivery of resolution. I cut the team's workload by 25% and enhanced customer experience by re-engineering the platform upgrade services offering.
